I was a Melbourne girlie until less than a month ago when I moved to the Gold Coast looking for a lifestyle change 🐚🧜🏼‍♀️🌴

Before Pilates, I was an early childhood teacher! I loved my job but discovered my passion lay more in health, fitness and movement. I took the leap of faith and quit my teaching role to become a full time reformer instructor, and in less than 10 months I hit my 500 class milestone. Safe to say I have no regrets with my decision! 💓

When I’m not at Pilates, you can find me at the beach, at the gym or cafe hopping for the best latte on the coast ☕️🫶🏼

I’m super excited to be part of the Essentials team! If you’re coming to my class, be prepared to embrace the burn and work up a sweat! I love to challenge the mind and body with fun, dynamic movements ⚡️⚡️
