Our girl @tahneyavizintin is off to Japan for a few months! We are going to miss her brightening up our Sunday mornings on the reg 💛

Her last classes will be Thursday 16th 4.30 & 5.30pm & Friday 17th 5.30, 6.30 & 7.30am - there’s only a few spots left to join her!

We’re excited to be welcoming Lucy to our team 😍🫶🏼 We sat down and chatted with @lucycooperr so you can get to know a little more about her.

“Hi, I’m Lucy! I grew up in Adelaide and made the spontaneous decision to move to the Gold Coast after a snow season last year.
I started my teaching journey in 2018 with a yoga teacher training in Bali, and soon after found myself in love with Reformer Pilates. I have now been teaching reformer for three years and I find it so rewarding to see clients consistently progress - increasing strength, mobility and confidence is what motivates me as an instructor.”

Where will you find me when I’m not at Essentials?
“When I’m out of the studio you’ll generally find me soaking up the sun by the ocean or sipping on an iced long black ”

What’s essential in your morning routine?
“Mornings are for movement! I love to start my day with a sweaty reformer class or a beach walk - followed by coffee of course.”

Item you can’t live without?
“I’m alwaaaays listening to music so it would have to be a speaker”

If you had one last meal what would it be?
“Anything Asian cuisine makes me a very happy lady, bonus points is it’s spicy too! 🌶️”
